What started as a celebration of Black Scientific Excellence in Black History Month, turned into a live event, and now a movement. Clive and Ali explore the limitations to progression faced by minoritised identities as they seek to understand the reasons why their is such a lack in Black leadership. In their podcast 'STEMinism: Equity In STEM', they hear first hand from CEOs, industry experts and thought leaders how these barriers manifest in people's lives.
