This channel showcases some of the keyboard instruments which I have owned. Since retirement from professional pratice I have focussed my interests on early keyboard music and undertaken doctoral research relating to it: you can download my entire dissertation, on the English bentside spinet from the Edinburgh University site or see some of it reported in the Galpin Society Journal, in the Journal of the American Musical Instrument Society, and in Early Music. I have also contributed to the recent Ashgate volume 'Interpreting Historical Keyboard Music'.
