Why Mental Health Well-Being Activities.. Outdoor play and connection with nature not only boosts physical health but also emotional well-being, giving kids a safe space to express themselves. Play-based activities (like therapeutic play or attachment play) help strengthen bonds (e.g. between parent & child), build trust, and help children process difficult feelings.
