Independent musician/artist Thy Lightbearer masters his craft as writer, composer, producer, recorder, mixer, engineer, distributor, and marketer of his whole line of discography. He also holds the title as Owner/Manager/CEO of his company. Born Dustin Asher Trapp in 2001, the Madison, IN-area raised diverse musician grew up playing drums, piano, and guitar. In 2019 he embraced his stage/artist name Thy Lightbearer before releasing his (Alternative) 16-track debut studio album, ‘Pathway,’ in 2022. Genre-bending Thy Lightbearer shines veracious lyrics atop melodic production, producing a sonically rich, silklike sound. Thy Lightbearer still remains optimistic in discovering the target of his sound in 2025. With the release of ‘Vortex of Love,’ his (Singer/Songwriter) love story, ‘Digitopia,’ his (Electronic) digital, utopian world, and ‘The Extortionist (Original Novel Soundtrack),’ (Soundtrack) music based on his sci-fi/fantasy novel, his hopes remain high as he soars for the sky.
