Greg Potter is leaving more than just footprints behind him as he traverses the musical landscape of New York City’s singer-songwriter scene. Potter’s piano driven songs are in the vein of artists like Elton John, Tori Amos and David Bowie, but with a delicate indie touch that leaves a faint whistle on your lips and a tap in your toes. Night Hymns, Potter’s debut solo EP released in 2014, includes standout songs, “Evelyn” and “Gypsy by Candlelight.” Over the years, Potter developed his fanbase and performed regularly at highly sought after NYC venues: Joe’s Pub, Pianos, Studio at Webster Hall and Rockwood Music Hall. Potter is also one half of the alternative-glam duo, Enid Ellen (FemmeKraft Records) along with performance artist and lead singer, David Mramor.
