It is a truth universally acknowledged that a woman travelling alone in a van will, at some point, be asked who built it for her? This is usually followed by a pause, during which she is expected to say, “a bloke I know” However… it was me. Three years, all my savings, several mild breakdowns, and the discovery that confidence mostly comes from having a go I moved into the van and have been travelling solo for nearly two years. I haven’t gone far (in a geographical sense) just the UK and Ireland - but I’ve seen beautiful views, wild places, and learned you’re perfectly fine on your own, even when it’s raining sideways 😍 This channel documents my life.
