This site is about Running Gear and Design. I am based in Dublin, Ireland, and the videos are generally filmed around the city. The clue is in the title, I typically post videos that may be of interest to older runners, whose personal bests, like my own lie in the past, and avoiding injuries would be more relevant. I post videos every Thursday, with additional videos popped in between if I get time. I write a James Joyce related website www.jj21k.com Discover Dublin by Reading and Running, and I have created a second YouTube channel jj21k where the running videos specifically relate to the works of James Joyce.
