Hey Buddy TV has decades of experience and knowledge in broadcast production with Dave Chung at the helm. Dave has directed, produced, shot, lit, operated and edited for TV, video and broadcast programming for the past 2 decades. Started operating camera (jib) for broadcast shows and newscast for ZDTV (TechTV) and did this for 6 years before creating, Hey Buddy TV. As a company, we bid, budgeted, developed, researched and negotiated contracts to work with celebrities (Rhianna, Jay Z), companies (Maxim magazine, Louis Vuitton) and even built several multi-camera broadcast studios from a bare office (PJTV, Security Token Academy, IMF) to a multi-camera green screen broadcast studio. I have worked with budgets from $1000 to $1,000,000 and with a variety of clients - ESPN, TECHTV, NBC, IMF, LOUIS VUITTON and many other corporations.
