First Class Realty, Inc. offers real state listing, sales, and single-family property management services in the Houston and surrounding areas. Rob & Trish Ferrier established First Class Realty and Property Management in 2001. Both Principals had several years of investment property experience prior to forming First Class which grew into a corporation in 2004. In 2012 Rob Ferrier, MPM®TRLS® RMP® TRPM® was appointed Houston President of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) where he served for 2 years. He also served on other property manager boards such as Houston Association of Realtors and Texas Association of Realtors.
