The 15 Short Film Festival (Charlotte, NC) to be held on August 10, 2007, will present creative film shorts from filmmakers around the world. The films will be 15 minutes in length and will be awarded prizes in various categories. Anyone can enter. 15 accepts entries in animation, drama, comedy, narrative, and experimental. Submission is open now until June 15, 2007. Winning submissions will be notified on July 15, 2007
