At five years old, I said I wanted to be an author of medieval fantasy. I still very much do––I'm completing my eighth year as a freelance writer/editor & am working on a couple novels as well. As I've grown though, I've realized that was just one aspect of a much broader interest in the human experience--I think language and storytelling are fundamental to who we are, but I'm also fascinated by philosophy more broadly, by psychology, physics, tech, futurism, and so on.
