Tyler Okun is a Singer/Songwriter currently based in New York City. Since 2018, he has captivated his listeners with original music that includes a full-length album, an EP, and numerous singles. Tyler's sound is influenced by pop-punk and rock. However, Tyler makes an effort to utilize other genres as well to distinguish his sound as truly one of a kind. Tyler is known for his anthemic and powerful vocal performances and instrumentals that feature complex but catchy instrumentation. His new single, “Gloom” coming 4.5.24, is a musical exploration of Tyler’s psyche. It was written to cope with intense hardships in his life in the hope that those who listen who may have gone through something similar will feel less alone. It features one of the most dynamic arrangements he’s ever written as well as an intense and raw vocal performance. Tyler utilizes the sounds of the grunge era of the 90s to convey the sorrow of the track fiercely and powerfully.
