At CryoCapCell, we developp innovative High Pressure Freezing technologies to conduct correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM) studies in the field of biology. Our tools cover from the sample preparation (the CryoCapsule, the High Pressure Freezer Live µ, the electro-conductive resin R2221) to the data analysis (eC-CLEM) and try to fit all the gaps in the pipeline (embedding tools, goodies to manipulate the carriers from before the vitrification to the freeze substitution). In this chanel, we will try to present the various videos we did in the past years, and more importantly, the various tips and tricks we developp to ease your routine experiments.
