My alter Ego is Alex Mike the Mic, the rapper /songwriter who has performed all over London. Born in Nottingham his midlands accent survived the journey. He is a collaboration of fantastical lyrics, electric, dramatic performances and a stage presence straight out of a comic book. These talents have seen him host his own shows with Andwhat Ldn , Release music with Joy joseph, write poetry for Carlsberg and perform at this year’s Boomtown festival with the likes of LEEN. These performance skills mean I can play any roles which incorporate rap or poetry into the production. Shows like Hamilton or Series like Top boy and Luke Cage. Music is a huge part of my life. My natural look is appropriate for different time periods like the 70s and 80s, perfect for the upcoming Bob Marley Biopic which I was cast in to represent the time.
