Pete Nakos is a R&B/Pop Singer-Songwriter from Chicago. With no exposure to music growing up, he started out as a rapper meeting former Jive Records producer Joe Ivanoff (Earth Wind and Fire) and was featured on the title track of his latest album. Nakos later released his first independent Hip Hop album, “Along The Way”, with producer Eric Yoder (Celine Dion) and productions from producer Scott Holt. He later made the transition to R&B. It was his unique version of a Justin Bieber hit, and a cover of Usher's Climax (Chris Steinmetz), that grabbed the attention of Cover Nation, Real Life STL Media, and eventually a distribution deal offer from Chicago record label and Ingrooves (Universal Music Group). Nakos recently recorded his most recent EP, Up Here, with former Def Jam producer Zak Jablow (Chance The Rapper, Rotimi). He is now working on his latest release a 4 track EP titled For You. He has teamed up with long time producer Scott Holt and 300cam/JCaspersen for this one.
