CHRISTOR, born in 2003 in Laois, Ireland, is a multi-disciplinary artist working in film, digital print, and painting. His work is stylistically and thematically alternative, leaning into the darkness. He explores personal identity and difference, aiming to foster empathy while challenging audiences' expectations of both content and context. His films chart his life as a young artist in a collage style, blending traditional documentary with more expressionistic, contemporary forms. They reflect universal feelings such as uncertainty, ambition, love, whilst providing a diary-entry like insight into one person's life, His current run of paintings looks into themes of gender identity, sexuality, mental health, and survival. His work has been shown in around Ireland, in Offaly, Limerick, Cork. "Speak from the I or die." Éire 2025.
