"Kai-zen" from the Japanese words “kai-” which means “change” and “-zen” which means “good.” is an approach to creating continuous improvement based on the idea that small, ongoing positive changes can reap major improvements. Typically, it is based on cooperation and commitment and stands in contrast to approaches that use radical changes or top-down edicts to achieve transformation. KAIZEN is an inspired 27 year old recording artist in Durham, North Carolina,United States. He was born in Los Angeles, California and has a passion for music and writing. He sings and raps in both English & Spanish. Within his music he provides melodic and catchy hooks and raps/sings about personal experiences from tragedies to blessings and everything in between.
