Hi there, friend! From 2004 to 2010 I battled severe Crohn's Disease. Thankfully and miraculously, I was able to fully recover and now enjoy a normal life free from the struggles of the past.

My life has changed quite a bit over the years and I don't think of Crohn's every day anymore. But I still have a desire to share my story if it might help others. I have it in my mind that perhaps one day I will write a book about my experience. Or, maybe speak about it in public. Time will tell...
