This channel is our record and a place to share our homestead project located on the Sub-tropical Island of Madeira.
We began with an overgrown forest dominated by mature, non-native species and we're transforming it into a thriving food forest—while utilizing the timber for our construction needs.
We plan to run several business enterprises that can help supply ourselves and our local community with food. Expect to see timber framing, a mix of modern and natural building, mushroom cultivation, agroforestry, solar projects, animals and much more.
