Ben deHoedt is an Australian musician, documentary film maker and social worker. Ben is currently editing Disappear Here, a documentary about Australian rock group Glide, their songwriter William Arthur and the shifting sands of the Australian music scene of the 1990’s. He has also made a documentary about seminal rock trio The Police. Thus far made with the participation of Stewart Copeland and Andy Summers, with the intention of involving all three band members for a balanced narrative, All Noises by the Police is a visually arresting portrait of the band scored with their music and told in their own words through archival and contemporary interviews. Ben is writer, director and editor of both features.
