Liudmila has made music a part of her life since the age of five, when she began playing piano. She received her master’s degree in piano performance from Krasnoyarsk Institute of Fine Arts Russia, an Honors Degree in Church Music and Choir Conducting from St. Petersburg Theological Academy Russia. After moving to the United States,
Ms. Bondar received a 2nd master’s degree in piano performance & piano pedagogy from Michigan State University under the direction of Albertine and Ralph Votapek and Dr. Midori Koga. Ms. Bondar’s professional experience includes extensive solo performances both in Russia and the United States. She is known as a soloist, accompanist, chamber musician, and teacher in the greater Lansing Michigan area.
Liudmila teaches at the Michigan State University Community Music School & at Lansing Community College, as well as in her home. New private students are always welcome. Liudmila is available to perform at private parties, weddings, and special events.
