Hi! My name is Gandha, I'm a Yoga teacher based in London, UK. Born in Italy, I grew up with my mum and dad teaching yoga when I was a child. It took several years and a move to another country to get into a regular yoga practise, but when I got hooked it changed my life! Yoga helped me learn more about myself, find my path and passion. I am here to share it with you. I started teaching in 2016 and have completed over 800 hours of training in vinyasa, Yoga Nidra & pregnancy yoga. I sequence my classes thinking about how I can help you live better in your own body and counteract the effects of modern living and a sedentary lifestyle.
