The Photonics Online Meet-up (POM) is the first all-online conference for photonics researchers! The meeting is geared to bring together a community of early career and established researchers from universities, industry, and government to amplify the role of optics and photonics in daily life. POM is an entirely virtual online conference. Submitted abstracts were chosen for either presentations or posters, and the audience watched from their home location with many forming POM-hub sites!
