I’m an education PhD, learning and performance coach, and college administrator with nearly two decades of experience helping students navigate the often overwhelming demands of college life. My work is grounded in a simple but powerful idea: people do better when they learn to calm their nervous systems, clarify what is getting in the way, and commit to consistent, structured routines.
Throughout my career in higher education, I’ve helped thousands of students improve their grades, manage anxiety, and build the self regulation skills needed for long term success. My coaching philosophy integrates executive functioning, cognitive science, time management, and emotional regulation, always grounded in care, realism, and practical strategy.
My mission is to empower students, educators, and everyday learners to stay calm under pressure, work with their brains rather than against them, and move forward one small, sustainable step at a time.
