Live Free Eat Well is created by Nutrition Connections, UNH Extension. We offer no-cost, hands-on nutrition education funded by SNAP-Ed and EFNEP, providing limited-resource families the knowledge and skills they need for better health. We operate throughout the state of New Hampshire, and have staff located in each county. Our teachers provide nutrition & cooking education, and support community changes that make healthy choices easier.
