Ronnell Hunt joined the WHIO News Center 7 team in September 2019 a dayside reporter. Prior to joining WHIO, Ronnell was a news reporter/anchor for WBOY, production specialist for WPXI in Pittsburgh, Pa. and also worked as an apprentice producer for KDKA. He is a proud alumnus of Thiel College, where he graduated with a degree in Media Communications. During his time at Thiel College, Ronnell was the meteorologist for the campus news, co-host for international podcast 'Chair Shot Reality' and a 'Golden Mic' award winning station manager for 88.1FM WXTC. When he's not in the newsroom, Ronnell likes to spend time bowling, traveling, going to pro wrestling shows and motivating people as an ordained minister.
