The Muddy River Band high-powered Cutting Edge country band, with influences in Southern Rock - Based out of Northeast IN / Northwest Ohio. The Band got its name from its first show, out smack dab in the middle of the Auglaize River at the Sand Bar playing for a large benefit show for the redneck yacht clubs' annual river cruise. Lead Guitarist Steve Hawkins had the idea of calling in the absolute best musicians in Indiana and Ohio to play that mid summer day, and from there...the muddy river band was formed.
