CHAMPIONSOUND was founded in Berlin in 1992 and emerged from the German branch of Kickin Records Ltd. London. The breakbeat scene was boiling in London and techno was seeing the light of day in Berlin. The perfect biotope to try out new music and offer new styles of music to the dance-mad public. To call the whole thing just techno would be too short-sighted, because different styles quickly emerged. In England it was the rave, in Germany the techno party. But that doesn't matter. The main thing is to dance, celebrate and have fun.
