MIND IS THE MASTER In Thich Nhat Hanh's book titled 'The Heart of Buddha's Teaching' he tells a story of a man riding rapidly on a horse. It appears as if the man has somewhere important to go. The two are passing by another man to the side of the road and that man shouts "Where are you going?" The man on the horse replies, "I don't know! Ask the horse." This YouTube channel is dedicated to the pursuit of self and an intentional life. There are so many amazing resources available as well as original content we're working on at MITM.
