Welcome to the official YouTube Channel of the Footprint Project! The Footprint Project is a nine-piece High Power Brass'n'Beats Dance Orchestra from Berlin. With an unique line up the wild bunch around front woman Rokhaya takes you on a journey through its interpretations of various styles of music such as jazz, breakbeats, afrobeat or ska and thus creates its famous "power funk". Beatbox, drums, bass, keys and guitars create a crisp foundation for sharp brass lines and soulful vocals. In four years of band and stage history, the two albums "Leggi Leggi!" (2016) and "Ask For Directions" (2018) were created and famous stages such as the Fusion Festival, Feel Festival, ZMF Festival, Tollwood Festival or the At.tension festival were visited. Most recently, the Footprints accompanied soul legends "Earth, Wind and Fire" them to their four Germany concerts in 2018 as an opening act.
