Hi! I'm Eric Chan. Welcome to my channel. I am a high school student in Calgary on the autism spectrum and love to play music -- piano, drums, guitar and bass, marimba, timpani -- of any genre (rock, country, jazz, classical, dance, etc)! I'm a classically trained pianist with the Royal Conservatory of Music in Canada (Level 10) and have earned an RCM gold medal and ARMTA Calgary gold medal for Level 9 piano. I play piano with the Jazz YYC Lab Band with other high school students where I get to share my love of improvisation with others. You can also find me accompanying the Accordion Association of Calgary on the drums and on the keyboard, and Open Jazz nights in the city. I’m also a percussionist with the Calgary Youth Orchestra.
