Hi I'm Monica Graves! Every week I want to inspire you with real life stories shared by some of my favourite people! When the pandemic hit back in March 2020 I decided that this was the perfect time to start something NEW and start interviewing the kick ass people I know. It was important to shine a light on their amazing stories and share them with you. You know, there is something truly healing that happens when we listen to others. Let's face it, there are times where we get stuck, we shift from one place to another, we question our wants and desires and wonder if we will ever become who we are truly meant to be in this lifetime. When we open up our ears and hear someone else's story, we feel a connection, we feel part of something bigger, we become open to possibilities, we realize we are not alone and find ourselves motivated to take a step forward, we get closer to ourselves.
