When it comes to being a person of influence, it's as easy as being present and ask yourself how can I help in "this" situation? What can I do or say to lift the person in front of me?" What can I do, not because I need it, but because they need it? The world needs us to all be "Fatherman" to the ones the Lord puts in our lives. What a difference it would make in the world if we thought of the others need more often. ...just saying.
