Hello! I’m Gerard and I’m a content creator, realtor and adventurer. Welcome to my channel, The Five Boroughs Project! I’m so excited to bring you all on this new chapter as I explore all of my amazing hometown, New York City. NYC may be the city that never sleeps, and yet it is so much more than that! A little about me: NYC native 🇺🇸, proud Colombian 🇨🇴.Graduated from CCNY-CUNY in 2016. Majored in Film & Media Production. Worked on set in the tv and film production world for a few years. Had enough of on-set life. Realized I wanted to be my own boss and create my own content. Worked in hospitality. Got my real estate license and started working with my awesome brokerage, eXp Realty. Decided to restart my YouTube channel once I was making money. Made money. Got back on YouTube. And here we are!
