There once was a beautiful young woman. She was dark and pale and alluring, which was always more of a curse than it was a blessing. The world around her was a desolate wasteland with threats around every corner, and try as she might, she could not escape. When she was 17 she left in the night, to elope with a lover. The police found her body on the side of the highway. Their attempts to identify the body were futile and the local police unit began to refer to her as "Maria Fantasma". Her body was never identified and her soul never found rest. Her ghost stalks the town she tried so hard to leave behind, witnessing it's sins and transgressions. Longingly staring at the young romantics in envy. Crying in the moonlight. These are the stories of the world she is damned to walk over for all eternity...
