Behind the Bar Reviews is dedicated to bringing you reviews of different styles of alcohol from hard liquor to wine and beer. We'll share our thoughts and a bit of background on each item we review. We have an Certified Sommelier (wine steward) working behind the scenes to bring you new and exciting liquors and wines. Besides our sommelier, of our two reviewers one of them is a Culinary Institute of America trained Chef and the other owns a BBQ catering company. We're long time friends that have a passion to bring you an entertaining show about different drinks, and have fun as well. Besides our main show about liquors and wine, we'll have a few other shows dedicated to liquor and cigar matching, beer, The Hobo Wine Review and Ghetto Convenience Store Finds.
