Jamel Strong is an ordained minister, songwriter, recording artist and educator. He sang his first solo at the age of six and has been performing ever since. As a teenager, he had the opportunity to work with the legendary Dr. Mattie Moss Clark and has written or recorded professionally on numerous Billboard charting albums for noted artists such as Bishop T.D. Jakes and the Potter House Mass Choir, Bishop Leonard Scott, Bishop Jason Nelson, Tasha Page Lockhart, Benita Jones and more. His composition “My Hands Are Lifted Up’, has been sung and recorded by people all over the world. Strong has mentored numerous creatives through his Discovering Your Voice Master Class Sessions a course designed to build capacity as people discover their authentic voice.
