Darlington, South Carolina native, Kayda has been around music as long as he can remember. Born into a musical family, he was surrounded by hundreds of records and instruments as a toddler. Kayda began writing to pass time with friends in a junior high study hall class. The hobby quickly turned into a passion and that passion would only grow stronger throughout the years. He and the music group, Code ReDD, would write, create, record, and perform throughout high school and college. Later, the group would rebrand themselves as Camp Lyfe. The group would gain a loyal following with the release of their 1st mixtape "Meet Da Camp." The mixtape spawned the hits "On Top Of Money" and "Bout It." Taking a more personal approach to recording Kayda began to recount his motivations for success in all areas of life. Kayda's 1st official release "Waldoh" does just that and is set up to be the soundtrack for today's entrepreneur.
