Ash Mammal are a dynamic, theatrical and exciting band from Leicester. Churning out varied songs that take influence from a huge range of genres. A bright blend of aggressive rock noodled with catchy guitar riffs and a dirty groove. Initially formed in Devon in the summer of 2010, when fledgling musicians Cass Rowe (vocals) and George Shaw (guitar) discovered a love for songwriting. They soon teamed up with Anya Greengrass (drums), a friend from their art class. The three developed a style of music that would become characteristic of the band, a style of rock taking influences from all ranges of grunge, folk, alternative and progressive. Turning to Jeeves Kanth (bass), in the early months of 2012, to complete the lineup, Ash Mammal have come into their own and are known for their theatrical shows of dynamic and exiting songs, fuelled by their passion for what they do.
