Hi! My name is Kelly Walsh, and EmergingEdTech is my passion. Welcome! I am the CIO at The College of Westchester in White Plains, NY, where I also teach as a member of the Faculty of Administration. EmergingEdTech is a personal weblog I run where I interact with a worldwide community of educators and technologists, exploring the use of technology as an instructional tool and enabler. Not only can the marriage of technology and education improve learning outcomes, it is radically advancing availability (delivery and consumption). It's lowering costs.
