I'm Sean. I make videos and take photos of people doing martial arts. While I love all martial arts (for the most part...looking at you Aikido) my main focus has always been grappling. I've done my fair share of competing but I'd be lying if I were to sit here and try to convince you that I'm some high level competitor. My role has always been more about documenting and commenting on the sport. I'm very fortunate that I get to train with some of the top competitors in the sport on a regular basis and call many of them friends. I'm also very lucky to be friends with people who make this sport run the way it does. Everyone from high level coaches to top judges in major organizations to the people that run these grappling organizations directly. I've spent a long time learning from these people and want to use what I've been given to help others understand and appreciate the sport of submission grappling.
