Ecstatic Dance offers people of all ages, shapes and backgrounds the opportunity to move freely and barefoot, on beautiful music journeys, in a clean, safe, non-judgmental space. To many of us Ecstatic Dance is a precious experience for our self-loving, consciousness expanding practice, as well as for connecting with people with whom we share deep vulnerable, insightful, blissful moments.
