Join us here for a livestream of our Erev Shabbat service every first and third Friday of the month, and Saturday Shabbat morning service every 2nd Saturday of the month. Nefesh is an open hearted spiritual community based in Echo Park led by Rabbi Susan Goldberg and music director Duvid Swirsky with musicians Sally Dworsky and Ari Herstand. We are rooted in Jewish values of love, joy, kindness and justice (ahavah, simcha, chesed and tzedek). Welcoming to all, the Nefesh community is a place where you can be your whole self with all of the many identities that make up who you are and those you love. It is a door to the wisdom, poetry, ritual, melodies and practices of the Jewish tradition.
