Iliveinoblivion was started in late 2018 by North Carolina native, Tristan Whitesell. Initially it began as a Psychedelic/Alternative Rock project. However, as 2019 slipped into oblivion with the release of “Glass Ropes Vol.1/Vol2,” this project’s entire message, sound and direction fell into place, creating a multi-genre concept while still containing the original sound Tristan began with. Overall, whether these songs make you sad, angry, or even inspired, their purpose is to remind broken and lost souls that even in the darkest of times, we all have a light in our hearts. Even when the world dims it into oblivion, that light will always illuminate back through to the surface. Always remember to shed your light on others. Eventually, this world could shine brighter than the sun! If the world stays broken, the cycle will continue, inevitably leading us back into darkness.
