Alex Reeves is a freelance musician who has played live and in the studio for artists as diverse as Elbow, Dizzee Rascal, Guy Garvey, Pete Tong, Bat For Lashes, The BBC Symphony Orchestra, Tom Vek and Anna Calvi. He has a high-spec private drum recording studio in Finsbury Park, London. Alex plays, records and programs drums and percussion for your music and sends them to you as a stereo drum mix as well as individual mic stems. Alex works quickly, with good time, a lovely feel, and a great sound, using up to 20 mics for each drum kit take. Previous tracks have featured on major top-10 albums, adverts, films and library music around the world.
