Alessandra Clarke is a talented Afro-Pan-American singer, dancer, model and actress based in Panama whose goal is to fuse her Caribbean roots with contemporary musical genres such as neo-soul, Hip-Hop and R&B. During her career, her musical training has been an important part of her artistic development, being awarded scholarships in the Recorded Music program at New York University (NYU), the summer program at Berklee College of Music and the Danilo Pérez Foundation that opened her the doors to be part of Las Hijas del Jazz, the first female Jazz big band in Panama. An artist of the new generations who advocates expressing her essence and roots through her music to serve as a source of inspiration with messages that promote self-confidence and respect with sincere lyrics and contagious melodies that contribute to creating a social and cultural change that strengthens a society where the physical appearance of people is celebrated based on their differences.
