This channel has been created as a historical archive of video and media clips on the Miners Strike 1984 - 85. This channel is an offshoot of 'The History Academy.' All the videos that have been quality assured for use in the classroom for students in KS3, KS4, and KS5 have been uploaded here: @historyacademy
All the videos are set for adults to watch, and we invite survivors and eyewitnesses to events to comment to help create a resource for posterity. However, we would ask that people respect the YouTube Community Guidelines.
