Subito Ensemble is a contemporary music group specialising in improvisation, experimental music and collaboration with other art forms. Comprised of award-winning composers and performers, the ensemble represents a diverse range of cultures and genres of music in their performance. Subito Ensemble has been invited to perform in various high-profile events including ‘The Sound of Contagion’ (a research collaboration between the University of Oxford and the University of the Arts, Berlin), 'Rotation Dance Exchange' , 'StART Creative Lab Concert' (multi-university collaborative program involving multi-disciplinary concerts) and 'Syntropy Art' (a digital meditation platform for which the ensemble works with international visual artists) as well as hosting its own annual event, 'Subito Festival' showcasing their collaborative highlights throughout the year typically involving dancers, poets, painters, filmmakers, photographers, lighting designers, actors and artificial intelligence.
