Common Cult is for struggling artists who refuse to struggle anymore. Common Cult is a record and zine label with a strong DIY ethos and appreciation for anything honest and quirky. As a collaborative we put on gigs, release music, publish zines, read poetry, and make any art we can. Founded by Hayley Francis in 2016, the label represents a variety of young Melbourne-based creatives including bands Tina Growls and forever renter. Common Cult stands for being able to create and share your work without barriers. We want our amazing local artists to get the recognition they deserve.
