Jschlatt streams with 100% original audio. Schlatt often plays copyrighted music during his streams, then removes the music for the official VOD upload. He also cuts off the beginning and end of the stream. Additionally, his "Big Guy" twitch channel has VODs turned off entirely. I upload the full streams, with all the original audio. If there is some audio missing or music edited out, I'll say it in the description and/or pinned comment. If I can't get the audio for a VOD, I won't upload it, but you can find it on the channel "Big Guy VODs" (often with some muted portions) or the official channel "jschlattVODS". How I get the original audio: I record the audio while the stream is happening. I also download as much of the VOD as possible during the stream, before twitch mutes it.
